Business Development Priorities

Now is almost too late. There is an ever increasing need to get focused on business development and sales in EVERY recruitment market. Yes, many have been busy enjoying the high levels of demand and scarcity of good candidates. Both of these could be under pressure as we go through the Summer. There are agencies today whose clients are simply tolerating working with them. Necessity drives it. Those agencies think they’ve got stronger relationships that they really have. Those agencies will be part of future cost cutting exercises. I plan to share with you the strategies that will help you strengthen your customer relationships, improve new business acquisition and protect you from any flattening that may occur in the market.
