I’m not a fan of the word control. It conjures up images of puppets on strings, which isn’t how relationships should work between a recruiter and their candidate customer. My professional opinion is that the recruiter should be in command of the processes they manage and the candidate feeling in control of their decisions. This is a powerful session to help you reduce the heartache of dropouts and the sting of candidates accepting counter offers. So on point for the market, we find ourselves in today.
