Every day, recruiters qualify jobs that their clients give to them. As an average, that recruiter will fill 25% of the jobs they work. That’s a 75% failure rate. Part of the success or failure of the jobs worked is that standard to which they are qualified. The better the qualification the easier it is to predict success and manage expectations.
