Now – I’m not a big fan of the word pitching. It has a place in recruitment and this is it. The presentation of vacancies to candidates creates all the difference between – “Send me the Job Description and I’ll get back to you” And “OMG, that sounds great. Can you get me an interview??” Like sooo many things in recruitment, getting good at this requires self-awareness (understanding how you impact on others) and a solid process.
